Shelley at NurtureBirth offers compassionate and comprehensive postpartum doula services to support you through the journey of the postpartum period, otherwise known as the fourth trimester.
My approach encompasses emotional, physical, and informational support, aiming to create a positive and calm postpartum experience for you and your family.
Shelley Kavanagh, a trained and well-regarded postpartum doula, serves the surrounding areas of Dublin, Kildare, Meath, and Wicklow. Trained by DONA International and Doulacare Ireland, Shelley has also worked as a GentleBirth instructor. She offers evidence based care, emotional reassurance, and practical support during the postpartum period.
